Engimind delivered the traffic studies and road access projects for new Leroy Merlin stores opening in Leiria and Loulé. The first Leiria store was expected to open in the first half of 2018 with over 9,000 m² of retail area and more than 35,000 products. It is located on a 53,923 m² plot with a building footprint over 12,000 m², largely occupying the former Proceram factory site.
