The intervention aims to enhance the tourist and beach experience by providing public parking suited to seasonal demand in a rustic setting, while also improving the urban space and waterfront. The site, located near Av. Alfredo Coelho at Praia Grande, Freguesia de Colares (Sintra Municipality), has an area of 9,042 m² and is partially included in the Equipment Space (EE) defined in the PPPG plan.
